Tunnel via localhost.run

Use localhost.run to tunnel goshs to the internet

You can use localhost.run to tunnel goshs to the internet. For this to work it is important not to use -s but keep it plaintext. Then use -t or --tunnel to start goshs with tunneling enabled.
